Job description
Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for a Booking Administrator, to join our friendly team in Altrincham on a permanent full time basis. This role is responsible for receiving and processing all NHS appointments relating to our Optegra Hospitals and Clinics and would suit candidates with experience of working in high volume administration or a contact centre environment. The role is hybrid 3 days in the offfice and 2 days working from home, please note 4 weeks of induction training will be conducted at the Office.

The Role
The job holder will support the team in processing all NHS appointments relating to our hospitals. This includes the booking of referrals onto our systems, management of appointments, supporting patient enquiries before and after their operation and ensuring the whole patient pathway is delivered in a smooth and empathetic manner. The team work in a high energy environment and cover different customer channels so you will be working on administration duties as well as inbound and outbound calls.
What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional Booking Assistant with a passion for providing the highest quality customer services and have demonstrable experience in a similar role, contact centre experience would be a benefit.
