As the Summer Halls Assistant you will assist the Accommodation Officer in the efficient and professional operation of the Department while ensuring high levels of customer care and service delivery.
You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
What you’ll do
- Deal with telephone and personal visit enquiries regarding accommodation from students, landlords and other interested parties.
- Assist in the maintenance of manual and computerised records – students and landlords.
- General office duties, including: Photocopying, filing, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, faxing, word processing/data input as and when required.
- Ensure the regular supply and updating of Accommodation Service literature.
- Provide assistance to the Accommodation Services Manager and Deputy Accommodation Services Manager when required.
