Location: Barry

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £24,205 - £26,205 per annum

Duration: Permanent, in line with funding.

Key details/responsibilities:

  • To engage substance users in initial assessments and respond with a personalised treatment plan.
  • To arrange and deliver a range of interventions.
  • To work in a multi-disciplinary manner to provide additional support.
