Job description

A full time Office Administrator to the payroll department is required to join a modern, technology focused accounting and software company in Wirral. The Accountancy Partnership has been in business for 14 years and since that time has recruited a client base of more than 12,000.

They employ more than 100 members of staff and have developed various software products including cloud accounting software; Pandle (www.pandle.com).

The Accountancy Partnership are focused on the smaller end of the market, meaning their clients are typically owner-managed businesses and micro businesses. They offer their services nationwide which has resulted in a very diverse client portfolio.

The company has grown more than 40% year on year since inception. This is set to continue, meaning solid career prospects/progression is available for staff members.

Job Description

A full time, permanent trainee Office Administrator is required to join our team in Wirral. Some of the duties include:

  • Payroll Setups
  • Running payroll for clients
  • CIS
  • Auto Enrolment
  • Client queries and correspondence

The Candidate

The candidate should be good at managing their work load and must ensure high quality work is produced at all times. The candidate should also be reliable, a good decision maker, productive and highly organised with a common sense approach to his/her work.

A good level of competency with technology is especially important

The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in office related work and preferably be looking to advance their career.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,048.00-£24,573.00 per year
