In London, our head office is based in The Shard, while our creative hub is in Here East, and 5 Carlos Place, a recently updated retail concept combining digital and physical elements, is based in Mayfair.
ROLE:
Based within our creative hub, you will be responsible for supporting with processing daily stock intakes and creating reports of all new products. You will be a highly organised individual who ensures all stock locations are kept tidy within the Studio and the greatest level of care is taken with all products.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous stock handling or retail experience ideal.
- Previous experience working in a Photo Studio a benefit to the role.
- Self-motivated with a flexible working attitude.
- Excellent time keeping and ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and with close attention to detail.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer skills (Excel/Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- A strong understanding of MATCHES and the brands we represent.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assisting in processing daily stock intake of deliveries for Studio and Editorial departments twice a day efficiently - QC checking, ticketing, and allocating stock to the correct areas.
- Assisting with creating reports of new product.
- Stock management – assisting with transfers to other stores or DC and fulfilling all E-shop orders as priority.
- Assisting with Fine Jewellery handling across Production – distribution, QC checking
- Ensuring that the greatest care is taken and assisting the training process of product handling guidelines.
- Supporting Stock Coordinator to resolve stock related issues.
- Communicating with wider department teams on any stock related issues/movements.
- Keeping all stock locations tidy and well organised within the Studio and Editorial departments.
- Assisting with the undertaking of bi-annual stock take, to ensure minimal stock loss.
- Monitoring the level of "stock control" resources within the Studio and proactively request the replenishment.
