We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
For over three decades our purpose hasn’t changed: we are here to make a positive difference to the lives of all. Through the exceptional products, services and value we offer, we are proud of how far we’ve come as a business, now we want to see you grow with us.
The team
The Studio team build the creative team’s ideas and make them a reality. The Studio Project Managers are the key drivers to make this happen by managing the workload, forming relationships, and supporting the production artists.
Your purpose
As a Studio Project Manager, you’ll coordinate all Northern Europe projects and campaigns through the Studio. You will oversee and manage the flow of artwork for print, point of sale (POS), digital, and web by organising the project scheduling, managing client relationships, creative relationships, and delivery. You’ll be extremely organised, adaptable, and meticulous with details. This is an important role, working within a fun collaborative production team to help bring big ideas to life!
Your role
You’ll regularly liaise with the Northern Europe campaign team and the Studio team to ensure that artwork and production requirements are met and delivered to the highest possible standards. A typical day in this role would include:
- Attending a daily resource meeting and proactively organise and task the production artists to control the workflow and manage several concurrent projects and deadlines in a multi-disciplined team.
- Proactively track and push all owned projects, whether in progress, on approval or ready for delivery.
- Continuously adjust timings and priorities when needed to allow for critical campaign changes.
- Maintain and help improve file management processes and procedures and help compile reports that track project quality, delivery, time status and risks, and communicate these to your Line Manager.
This role can be based either in Guernsey or remotely within the UK. If UK based, ideally you’ll live within an hour of an airport for travel to Guernsey as and when required (a few times a year, no more than once a month). We have a private airbus which has routes to East Midlands and Southampton.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience in studio/project planning or workflow management within a fast-paced creative environment.
- Proven administrative skills.
- Effective organisational skills and the ability to juggle several projects to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal direction.
- Familiar with print, digital and web channels would be an advantage.
- Excellent communicator, confident and personable and be able to influence others by being positive, but realistic, with an ability to judge the appropriate way to communicate problems according to the audience.
- Commercially aware, forward-thinking and collaborative with excellent problem-solving skills.
