About the role:

Do you have photographic and digital retail content capture knowledge? Have you worked within an internal photo studio before and looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Our N Brown Studio Team are looking for a Photographer to join the team!

You will be tasked with the capture, process and creation of digital still life and model photography content for all the N Brown channels, through innovative photography solutions and automated post production software. You will support and deliver the creative ecommerce product asset strategy, within a highly productive photo studio environment. Including the creation and delivery of innovative HTML5 moving assets for the digital channels.

What you’ll do as a Photographer within the studio:

  • Operate and set up a complete photo station for still life and model photography, delivering high volume, quality focussed photography production.

  • Capture and produce product images & HTML5 moving assets, to a product brief and pre-determined standard in an operational environment, in conjunction with the Stylist and Model team

  • Responsible for the fast processing & approval of assets and updating the production status plan. Targeting a smooth, transparent and consistent production service, escalating any impacts & issues to schedule; capacity and quality.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and models to ensure we get the best product presentation, which matches the Creative & Product brief, whilst working in a highly productive environment

  • Responsible for the calibration and maintenance of the photo station to create consistent and quality focussed images targeting 80 products per day

  • Own & manage the asset delivery standards, SLA’s & KPI’s, providing suggestions for constant improvements

  • Develop & knowledge share with the team, to install production best practice, communication and decision making excellence for long term efficiencies.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Excellent Photographic & digital retail content capture knowledge

  • Experience in a productive internal photo studios focussed on multi-channel asset production

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Excellent studio process knowledge & experience

  • Excellent people engagement skills

  • Proactive stakeholder management, service and quality knowledge

  • Good project and change management skills

  • Pro-active, positive & flexible with a ‘can-do’ attitude, able to motivate colleagues to achieve excellence

  • Supports the development of others by sharing experience and expertise

  • An open-minded, flexible and positive attitude toward new challenges, with a willingness to implement new technologies and business change

  • An excellent working knowledge of Photography, camera & software and Microsoft Office is essential
