General description of role:

We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual to lead and manage the Swish Creative Studio.

Sitting in the brand team and reporting into the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Swish Studio, including project management, budgeting, resource allocation, and team leadership.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the success of the studio and its projects.


Responsible for:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the creative studio, including briefing, production, approvals, resource allocation and capacity forecasting
  • Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including artists, designers, and copywriters
  • Keeping our workflow management tools working through the setting up and maintenance of automations and integrations
  • Manage creative team capacity planning
  • Training the business on Studio processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders around Swish to understand their needs and goals and develop creative solutions to meet them
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development
  • Manage and grow a network of creative freelancers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Core skills required:

We’re hoping you have a strong background in creative industries, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing creative teams.

The role is ideal for someone with a passion for creativity and the ability to inspire others to produce high-quality work.

You’re process-driven and familiar with workflow management tools. We use Monday.com, so experience with that would be a massive plus!

Above all though, you should be a brilliant communicator and a master negotiator used to dealing with business stakeholders at all levels.
