Studio & Logistics Co-ordinator London, England

Mary Wyatt London
Full Time London, England 25000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Mary Wyatt is a growing brand with it’s roots deeply set in lifestyle-led fashion and metal culture. We are looking for someone to join our small team to provide support and assistance with the daily running of the studio and brand.

This is a multi-faceted role - we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role within a logistical / ecommerce studio environment, however what we value most is a good work ethic and the willingness to get stuck in wherever necessary. As a small company, it’s crucial that you’re adaptable and can think on your feet.

If you think you have what it takes to make this fun but challenging role your own, then we would love to hear from you!

This is a full-time role based out of our north London studio, and the hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.

You will be asked to help out with multiple areas of the business, however some of your main duties will involve the following:

  • Order fulfilment from our website
  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Regular stock-takes/stock organisation
  • General day-to-day studio logistics
  • Customer services, eg. emails/live-chat
  • Overseeing our wholesale accounts including creating commercial invoices
  • General office admin, eg. managing stationary and ordering supplies
  • Assisting the team with adhoc tasks eg. booking couriers, placing orders with suppliers, raising invoices etc.
  • Keeping up to date with current Brexit/international tax and shipping requirements
  • Overseeing the workload of our Studio Assistants

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role, including business shipping with Royal Mail Click&Drop, DHL, DPD and/or GlobalMail
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to problem solve
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Numerically competent (comfortable tracking & managing stock levels)
  • Personable, with excellent customer service skills
  • Must have experience with shipping (including international)
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills, with impeccable written English
  • Due to the physical nature of this role, you must be comfortable handling heavy stock deliveries and moving large boxes weighing approx 5 - 20kg.

Beneficial:

  • Experience with the Shopify platform is extremely desirable, however, training can be provided

Application:

Please attach your most recent CV, along with a cover letter stating why we should hire you for this role, as well as your current salary/salary expectation.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Mary Wyatt
