Our Production Studio is looking for an organised, responsible, computer literate and enthusiastic individual to join our creative production team. This role involves working within a team in our studio to create and pack personalised gifts to our customers order specification.
The successful candidate will mainly be part of the packing/post team; however, we encourage variety in our working day and therefore will also provide training in other areas of the production process.
In this role you will be responsible for
- Ensuring dispatch targets are met.
- Manage daily order quantities and work with the production manager to match your dispatch orders to production.
- Work closely with the Customer Care Department, assisting with enquiries.
- Managing Royal Mail issues, including refunds, complaints, or queries.
- Reporting any issues to the Production or Assistant Manager in a timely manner so it does not affect production or end of day numbers.
- Join in with any area of production when extra support is required.
- To keep all dispatch data updated on a regular basis.
Physical Demands during post collections
- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
- Will require pushing, carrying, or pulling Royal Mail Yorks and sacks with orders.
- Additional hours will be required during November, and December and other peak periods
Skills and Attributes

- Confident with computers and willing to learn different software.
- Able to work with a wide range of people from different parts of the business.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week
Salary: £10.00 per hour
