About the role:
As a Salesforce Administrator apprentice, you will solve business problems by customising the Salesforce Platform. You will be managed by a senior SFDC Administrator to help with building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value. You'll also have the opportunity to work with business stakeholders to define system requirements and customise the platform.
You will be part of a support team that is responsible for the technical ownership of products and features (SCUK Salesforce Solution), working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver products that match the requirements outlined by the wider product team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering: ensuring successful implementation of product features with high quality configuration and declarative development
- Collaborating: working closely with a multi-disciplinary agile squad to define features and solutions
- Documenting: ensuring that all product features are clearly documented
- Supporting: acting as second-line support to ensure swift resolution of any defects and live support issues
- Validating: working closely with Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure your solutions meet requirements
- Design business process mapping and influence decisions based on product knowledge
- Ensuring business efficiency increases through knowledge of both IT and business function
- Report writing and dashboard creation on the Salesforce platform
- Capturing business requirements, analysing and evaluating current business processes, and identifying areas of improvement
- Training end-users.

Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
