We’re seeking a Studio Assistant to join our team to work on a range of exciting exhibition and live event projects.
Graphic Mill is a dynamic team of designers and makers delivering exciting event spaces across the UK.
Our independent, owner-managed exhibition company is 10 years old and has delivered thousands of successful exhibition and event projects.
What’s the role?
The Studio Assistant is here to help ensure a smooth running studio. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow their career with a leading creative business. If you have great communication skills and thrive when providing organisations support to a small, hands-on team, get in touch!
Key duties will include (but not limited to):
- Helping clients with quick responses to questions and being the first contact for new enquiries
- Communicating with clients and the team on project progress and updates
- Keeping tabs on each project to maintain flow and ensure deadlines are met
- Managing marketing efforts, to include updating social channels and creating engaging content.
- Assisting in varied studio day to day tasks, including making the tea.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Great time management
- Proficient in CRM software as well as Excel and Word
- Experience with basic design software

Salary £23,000 -£25,000 depending on experience.
