About You:
We are seeking to appoint a customer focussed, highly motivated and proactive individual to join our Multi Tenure Team as a Rental Consultant. We are looking to find an individual who is incredibly organised and efficient - with a keen, “can do” attitude and exacting eye for detail - as well as being someone who is a naturally confident and an articulate and emphatic communicator. You will have experience in selling or rental and possess strong questioning and listening skills.
This 'go to' role will suit an individual who is a sleeves rolled-up type, team player, capable, flexible and gets satisfaction from a job well done with proven ability to manage a substantial workload efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the Multi Tenure Support Manager you will possess a dedicated working style with the enthusiasm and drive of supporting and successfully delivering the relet of rental properties and you will be accountable for the sales process which encompasses lead generation and qualification; developing interest and commitment; closing sale and negotiating pricing; and ensuring customer remains informed, engaged and committed through to the final completion and move on closed sales sites.
This is a collaborative role, and you will work closely with the sales teams and build to rent colleagues. You will be responsible for To support sales and marketing teams to rent relet properties on open sales sites and to maintain and foster new B2B relationships to support and grow the multi-tenure proposition.

This role can accommodate an agile working arrangement. We are looking for you to be within a commutable distance of our Coventry office and with the use of the Company Car/Car allowance provided you will be required to travel to sites across the Midlands and North of England. On occasions you will be required to travel to our Bournemouth office.
