Breakthrough in Education are looking for inspirational and creative SEN teaching assistants to work in a Primary setting in the Ipswich area. This role is in a challenging behavior classroom with pupils that have SEN needs.
You will be working in a strong and positive team environment with other learning support assistants. With a pupil focused approach to education within the class, this pupil will have their own educational learning goals, you will be expected to work with the teacher and the pupil to help them achieve their goals. Increasing self-efficacy, life skills, confidence and positivity are at the heart of this role.

Safeguarding children is at the heart of what we do and we undertake checks on all the candidates we work with. As such we require a current DBS Disclosure for everyone working in Schools. If you do not have a subscription to the DBS Update Service, you may be required to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process. We recruit for permanent and temporary SEN positions across Lancashire. By taking a temporary role through Breakthrough in Education you will be paid on a weekly basis

Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: £78.00-£90.00 per day
