Next Thing Education Camps Ltd is a company that consists of creators, inventors and coders that provide schools with fun and exciting holiday camps using of the latest and greatest technology. Involving the students and encouraging practical learning is the core of the company’s philosophy.

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to get experience in management, recruitment and buisness.

We are looking for 4 top performing students for 5 months (May- Sep) to help with the preparation and management for our Tech Camps this summer holiday. You will be required to:

* Recruit & Onboard Camp Staff within bath Somerset and Taunton - Conduct interviews, issue and manage training ensuring all staff are fully compliant with Ofsted requirements

* Assist with Logistics and Equipment Management for your camp areas - Ensuring all kit is complete, organised and all kit is delivered and collected accordingly

* Manage Marketing for your area - Helping with marketing projects, E-mail marketing creation, Social media management and Physical marketing.

* Communication and staff management- Creating, organising and distributing training videos, communicating and supporting staff with what activities they will be and organising social events. Visiting Venues.

Contract starts from 9th May until September 22nd. Bonuses available. Please apply to book an interview to go through in more detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
