Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a can-do attitude. The post holder must be flexible and happy to learn new processes as we continuously work to improve our student and staff experience, achieving this through effective administration.
Applications from administrators with prior experience is essential.
The Role
The role involves working with the Student Wellbeing Services team to provide administrative support for staff and students. This involves being the first point of contact for students and staff. This role is essential in supporting the smooth running of a range of student support services. The ability to deal quickly and confidently with phone calls, emails, online referrals and other procedures accurately and consistently is essential.
The Person
The post holder will be highly computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite.
Knowledge of MS Bookings and SharePoint is desirable. Prior experience of administrative support in a professional setting is essential. The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to prioritise and work flexibly and accurately in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and methodical approach to work
