We are looking to appoint a Student Services Assistant (part-time) to join our team based at our Sutton Coldfield College.
To deliver an excellent customer experience. To provide first-line customer service, managing enquiries relating to student focussed products and services including but not limited to; courses, admissions, finance, enrolment, LRC and libraries. To contribute to the development of the service and the student journey.
