Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for a Student Recruitment Manager for their International HIGHER EDUCATION client based in CAMBRIDGE. This role will involve Managing a sales team of Student Recruiters and recruiting Students into online degree courses.
The emphasis of the role will be on leading the team of Student Recruitment Consultants to meet annual revenue targets and supporting the development of the business through relationship management and operational activities
Main Responsibilities: - Student Recruitment Manager (Course Advising / Course Advisor Management)
- To promote highest levels of team response and customer service in line with brand and style guidelines.
- To hit annual revenue targets set for year, maximizing conversion rates and working towards exceeding targets.
- To understand market trends and proactively identify challenges and opportunities that may aid digital marketing efforts.
- Provide leadership to maximise recruitment and revenue growth potential to meet student targets within the strategic plan.
- To motivate the team to meet revenue targets across each intake of the year.
- Ensure Student Recruitment Consultants are familiar with all sources of information needed to fulfil their role.
- To hire, train, develop and support new team members and direct reports.
- To anticipate challenges to the projected online degree courses sales cycle and help devise solutions.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of new and existing processes within Hubspot and other systems utilized at the firm.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a good relationship with the Admissions teams within the University and for defining and driving policy decisions.
- To deal effectively with challenges that arise during the recruitment process.
- Support events at the University or in market for prospecting to recruit future students.
- Support face to face events with current students.
- Support recruitment campaigns in association with Marketing including, but not limited to, social media, webinars, email, press and print.
- Travel as a representative of the University partner on behalf of the firm and in association with the partner University in the UK and overseas as required.
- To provide feedback on performance of digital marketing campaigns and to further improve and develop our sales and marketing strategies.
- To assist and support in the collection and reporting of key metrics aligned with the business goals and prepare recruitment and performance data for management team as required.
- Attend meetings with potential B2B clients and channel partners on behalf of the firm and in association with the partner University in collaboration with marketing.
- Meet with the partner University and its representatives to decide and deliver on policy and procedure regarding recruitment performance of the partnership with this organisation.
- To participate in the annual performance appraisal process.
- Assist the Director of Student Recruitment with administrative duties as required.
- To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.
- To be responsible for your own continuing professional development.
- Help the team with calls to prospects and manage a pipeline of students and applicants as required by the business.

- To participate in the annual Performance appraisal process.
- To ensure communications systems and practices support effective management arrangements and promote good relations with staff and applicants.

Experience Required:- Student Recruitment Manager
Essential
- Graduate from the Higher Education Sector – Student Recruitment (MUST)
- Experienced with managing a sales team (MUST)
- Experience of Direct Sales to Consumer B2C (MUST)
- Proven track-record in increasing sales revenue
- Performance managing a team
- Supervising workloads to ensure targets met in most efficient way without sacrificing quality of output
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
- Persuasive relationship builder.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual and highly organised.
- Customer service oriented.

The Student Recruitment Manager role, is a permanent position based in Cambridge. The Salary will be between £36,700 - £44,100 DOE + Bonus + Excellent benefits. Hybrid working 2 days office 3 remote..
