SMS HEG is now expanding its global footprint and recruiting marketing and recruitment officers across the UK and EU to extend services to many more aspirants.
Role Description
This is a key role, working with the Business Development Manager and Admissions team in the delivery of SMS HEG’s student recruitment strategy, with a particular and immediate focus on the recruitment of students and marketing our services.
The post holder has the responsibility to market our services and recruit potential students who are planning to study in UK. They will have to ensure that the targets are met as we continue to expand our operations in UK and EU and work towards increasing brand awareness and brand reach.
Role Accountabilities
The key responsibilities of the role include:
· Manage personal social media channels – Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok to promote our services
· Create content (Video reels, posts etc) to market our services through personal social media channels and raise brand awareness
· Expand your network, to reach out to local communities and providing our services to the potential clients
· Identify new markets in UK and EU, where we can expand our recruitment channels
· Conduct in depth market research – competitor analysis and customer segmentation
· Advise prospective clients and applicants on program choice, entry criterion, qualification, scholarships and universities
· Provide consultation to potential clients, and provide them with the range of services we offer – VISA assistance, SOP Guidance, University admission consultation, University application
· Generate leads and contact them via social media, emails and phone calls on regular basis
· Act as single POC between Admissions team and client
· Develop and execute integrated marketing and recruitment plans with associated targets and KPIs
· Develop comprehensive awareness about undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by UK Universities through active networking with schools and universities
Minimum Qualification
· An academic degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, science or political science
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that nurture trust and build strong relationship with clients
· Highly motivated, proactive and comfortable working unsupervised
· Willing to undertake marketing initiatives and becoming the face of SMS HEG
· Honest and Trustworthy
· An entrepreneurial approach
· Relevant experience in education consulting or related field is a plus
