Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and become part of a highly motivated and progressive team within Library & Student Services.
Working as part of the Student Advice Management Team within Student Life, the Student Life Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of two Student Services Centres ensuring professional, high-quality, and effective service delivery. Alongside frontline delivery, the role also takes a lead on the annual coordination of feedback mechanisms such as the National Student Survey and supports the Head of Student Life with the planning and delivery of annual Welcome and Induction-related activities.
The ideal applicant will have experience in leading and managing teams within a higher education or customer focussed environment. They will be adept at planning, and problem-solving, and be able to work flexibly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. They will be a strong team player, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about the delivery of outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
This is an onsite role with a base within both Student Services Centres at City and Headingley campuses.
