We are seeking a Student Experience Officer to act as the first point of contact for all non-academic specific queries and provide advice and support as required.

Regent's University London is committed to providing a peerless student experience. You will take a case-management approach to student support by identifying students who require additional support and ensuring students receive accurate and timely responses to queries. You will also provide course-related administrative support that relates to the student experience.

To be successful, you should have experience of providing high quality customer and/or student support and a background of dealing with customers/students from a range of different and diverse backgrounds. You will be a strong administrator, with excellent organisational skills and will have the ability to use a variety of different computer systems.
