Job description
We are seeking to recruit a Student Experience Assistant to provide administration support within the Student Registration, Records and Graduation team. This will include providing clerical support to the team and providing accurate and reliable advice to staff and students across a broad range of services.
You will help to maintain and ensure the accuracy of student records on our student records system (Banner), and work with students and staff to ensure that these records are kept up to date. You will also use our customer service tool (Service Now) to update records and respond to any queries raised. As part of your duties, you will provide support for our HESA obligations and graduation processes making this a multifaceted role.
You should have experience of service delivery in a front-facing, customer-oriented environment, and 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English. You should have a high attention to detail and also have excellent communication, planning and IT skills with the ability to prioritise your work according to tight deadlines.
