Student Education Service Assistant (Front Desk)
Salary: Grade 3 (£20,578 - £21,761 p.a. depending on experience)
Please note that there is a requirement to work full time on site in this role. Working hours 08:30-16:30.

We are seeking a Student Education Service Assistant (Front Desk) to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the Faculty of Medicine and Health Student Education Office.
Acting as the first point of contact to the Faculty of Medicine and Health Student Education office, you will provide visitors with a professional service and manage customer enquiries.
Working alongside our School Student Support Team, you will provide administrative support for our team of Student Support Officers and academic leads.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base. With excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills you will have the ability to work effectively with others and across several teams. You will need to be able to maintain confidentiality and be committed to offering an inclusive and accessible service.
