About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join the University as a Student Centre Manager, to co-ordinate and lead the Student Centre and Front of House services.
Applicants will ideally have experience of leading a customer or student-centred service, providing high quality information, advice and guidance to staff, students and visitors, both in person and remotely.
About you
The successful candidate will have experience and be innovative in the use of technology to provide a customer-focused response to all enquiries, proving their understanding of embedding technology in business processes.
Additionally, you will be passionate about contributing towards the student experience through managing a busy team in a fast pace and customer focused environment, delivering exceptional high-quality advice and guidance.
