This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until 26 July 2024
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Student Centre team at the Marylebone campus. The post is 34 hours a week which will be worked over 5 days Sunday to Thursday. The post is positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the university's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via a virtual environment. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
