Do you have relevant experience or an interest in working with students with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Social, Emotional or Mental Health (SEMH) needs or PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)?

Working with children with SEND
My client requires a teaching assistant to work with children who have special needs within a good primary school in Ealing. This role will give you a good overview into working with special needs. They are specifically looking for psychology graduates who have a keen interest in developing their SEN skills and can also help out with interventions.
To be successful, you will be a confident graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children with additional learning needs. You will have the desire to encourage and engage all your pupils in reaching their own targets. Ideally, the school needs a highly enthusiastic graduate who is able to adapt quickly to develop an understanding of SEN throughout the school and show a caring and responsible nature.
