What will you be doing?
As we move towards one of our busiest times with the start of a new academic year, City of Bristol College are looking to appoint a number of temporary staff to provide face to face support to potential students attending our sites for assessment and enrolment, as well as the provision of advice and guidance in our contact centre.
We have posts based at all sites across the City, the posts are temporary and up to full time hours are available.
We are looking for some of the posts to start from 7th of August.
You will need to have a high level of face to face customer service skills and a flexible and adaptable approach along with strong IT skills to be able to meet the demands of the role during this busy time. We will support you with an induction and training to the role to enable you to offer excellent support to our students and stakeholders.
