About Us:
Position Purpose:
Working closely with the Data Management team and the business stakeholders to drive our vision for Data governance across all business lines in EMEA. The Data Governance Analyst will support the development of effective Data stewardship within EMEA. Facilitate Data Governance and Data Quality activities and support the ongoing development of enterprise Data governance efforts, including data integrity, security, and compliance.
Key Job Activities:
Support the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive data governance program.
Managing and tracking data issues and risks. Identifying and driving improvements in data quality.
Supports the development and implementation of data quality standards, data governance standards and adoption across the enterprise.
Support with developing requirements to ensure suitable and appropriate solutions can be designed and implemented to meet remediation and future state needs of our data maturity journey.
Perform data gap analysis of key problem areas to assist in root cause analysis and data enrichment
Audit data regularly to ensure our data is in the right condition and quality.
Identify and develop metadata relating to the organisation's data domains.
Facilitate data governance and data quality reporting to help businesses understand and monitor Data management issues.
Education:
Bachelors or equivalent in computer science or any other Information Technology related discipline.
Experience (EMEAA):

Knowledge of industry-leading data quality and data management practices.
Experience in data governance and managing metadata
Excellent in mapping data flows and data life cycle management
Ability to easily understand complex issues and drive solutions
Strong stakeholder management experience
Experience in data enrichment, cleaning and migration
Experience in dealing with multiple data sources
