The University now seeks to appoint a Student Success Officer in the School of Business, Law and Social Sciences.
This role will see you working on a sector leading initiative that focuses on a personalised, proactive approach to student support. You will need to be a recent Abertay graduate, who ideally studied in the School of Business, Law and Social Sciences, although other schools will also be considered.
The task for you is to provide support for the School in delivering the University’s Learning Enhancement strategy. In particular, this role will focus upon enabling student engagement and success through the monitoring of student activity and the provision of support for those in need through timely interventions. The post holder will work with the School Academic Adviser to develop proactive and reactive strategies to support student success. This will require liaison across the School with academic staff and the central professional services to help guide students to successful outcomes.
