Student Assistant Data Science
We invite you to develop innovative solutions at Ramboll in our Digitalisation & Innovation department together with our engineers.
We are looking for students (m/f/d) of Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or comparable courses of study with a keen interest in programming.

As our new student assistant, you will be part of our Energy Digitalisation & Innovation department. Within the department, we centralise our efforts within software development and design automation, with the aim of harvesting synergies and aligning development processes to deliver on Ramboll’s global strategy. The department works within four main areas: Innovation, Automation, Technology & Digital Design and Digital Products & Services.
You will support our engineers in the implementation and optimisation of various evaluation and simulation methods. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Development of software tools for data evaluation purposes
- Automation and optimisation of the engineering design processes
- Data evaluation and data story telling
- Support the design of software architectures
- Contribute to our industry and research projects

- Enrolled student at a university
- Good grades in university courses
- You are fully proficient in English, oral and written
- Good understanding of programming languages, preferably Python
- It is beneficial if you have experience with data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
- An analytical and structured way of thinking
- Ability to work independently and (optionally) remotely via MS Teams
