An exciting opportunity has risen to join the GlamCandy enrolment team as an Admissions Manager. This is a varied role where you will work as part of our student management, finance and sales team.
This role requires you to be friendly, approachable and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Summary
Managing communication with students and potential students
Managing Student Enrolments
College promotional activities
Setting up and managing student payments
Answering course queries and enrolling students
Planning and scheduling course start dates across our college locations.
Organising college visits and open days
Attending high school visits
Student funding management
Supporting students with funding applications
Regular reporting
Working alongside finance manager
Attending promotional events
Essential Experience
Experience with finance and payment systems
Experience with sales
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Desirable Skills & Experience
This role will mainly be based in Edinburgh however travel across all locations is mandatory.
We are looking for a candidate who can think outside the box. We want our new team member to identify better processes where we can make regular changes to this role to give our students the best possible experience from when they sign up to when they leave.
Excellent written and spoken English
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
Full UK driving license
Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes
On the job training and development will also be provided.
