Internal Title: Registry Officer (Operations)

The RCA has a rewarding opportunity for a Registry Officer to join our team. The role supports the Registry Operations Manager and Registrar in the development and implementation of Registry processes including Registration, the production of Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), the correct maintenance of student records and any other Registry process to support the student journey.
We are looking for talented people that have proven experience in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment. Our successful candidate has the ability to prioritise tasks and handle a varied workload, use their initiative, and work collaboratively within the team and the wider RCA community. You will be a friendly, communicative, approachable person that possesses tact and sensitivity, alongside a strong work ethic.
This full time and permanent role will be based 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
