Show And Tell are looking for Street Team Members to join us at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. 2nd – 28th August 2023.
Based in our Edinburgh office and reporting to the Street Team Manager, you will be part of our small Fringe Street Team. You will be responsible for hand-to-hand flyering and promotion of Show And Tell’s shows throughout the festival.
Role
- Flyering for either 3 or 6 hours per day of the Fringe (depending on your preferred role).
- Engaging with members of the public to sell our full range of 13 shows across the Edinburgh Fringe.
- Updating flyers and posters with new information when necessary at our Edinburgh office.
- Keeping in regular contact with street team manager and ensuring you have a steady stock of flyers for distribution.
Person Specification
- Outgoing and excited about talking to customers about our excellent shows.
- Experience working within a small team.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced and often pressurised environment.
- Experience of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as either a visitor, performer or worker.
- Experience of working in a festival or similar arts environment (desirable).
- Knowledge of Show And Tell acts appearing at Edinburgh Fringe and knowledge of the wider comedy industry (desirable

We have two roles available:
1) 2nd - 27th August (not 14th) - 6 hours per day
2) 2nd - 27th August (not 14th) - 3 hours per day
Rate of pay: £15 per hour
