Duties/Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues within EMCOR, GSK and other service partners to understand processes, responsibilities, systems etc.
- Plan and lead workshops to understand process and site information.
- Proactively develop relationships with a wide range of colleagues across site.
- Produce strategy content based on input obtained from colleagues, using a variety of tools including process mapping software such as Lucid Chart.
- If possible, identify opportunities for account performance improvement.
- Develop and implement opportunities to innovate across the sites to increase service quality, efficiencies, safety and product .
- Capable of preparing and delivering well-structured, clear, impactful presentations, to audiences up to SLT level.
- Ability to work cross functionally, in an open and collegiate manner, with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- An inquisitive, tenacious approach to problem solving, showing initiative and determination, with an ability to quickly get to grips with new subject matter.

- Excellent inter-personal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to the audience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strength in written communication.
- Experience in process mapping desirable.
- Experience in working with data and systems desirable.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Academic qualification such as degree is desirable.
- Excellent IT skills especially in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- A natural leader with the ability to bring the best out of people.
- The energy and infectious enthusiasm to get things done, building strong relationships across multiple teams.
- Enthusiastic in their approach to succeed with a can-do attitude, can drive momentum to shape and influence others.
- Knowledge and experience of facilities management and/or the pharmaceutical industry desirable.
- Highly analytical and numerical.
- Well organised, systematic, and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities.
- Experience in problem solving and an understanding of the wider business context (business acumen)
