About the Team
The Strategy Operation team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Undertake the strategic operation and analysis work in e-commerce, linking strategies in various fields including industries, sellers, products, creators, partners, etc.; collaborate across teams to achieve high-quality strategy design and to achieve business growth;
- Taking a data-driven approach to establish business analysis frameworks and monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks, providing solid business diagnosis and practical solutions;
- Conduct interviews/surveys with sellers, creators and users to gain insights of their needs for the platform;
- Cooperate across teams to set up annual/bimonthly business goals and implementation roadmaps; Regularly conduct business reviews, summarizing improvement strategies and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years of working experience in business analysis, strategies or management consulting;
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive; strong user perspectives, and willing to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business;
- Good understanding of business models of TikTok and other content-based platforms (Youtube, IG, etc.)
- Experience in e-commerce and subsidy strategy is strongly preferred
- Strong numerical reasoning and modelling skills, proficiency in Excel (fluency in SQL is a plus)
- Ability to impact business decisions and suggest improvement through analytical insight
- Fluent in English; Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross functionally in a global working environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous and high growth environment.
