STRATEGY
- Work with cross-functional departments to build unit and departmental strategies
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Support in establishing a Project Management Office (PMO) and a more structured and streamlined approach for project management in our unit to enhance project governance and execution
- Collaborate on strategic projects for performance improvement across the business
- Implement and maintain project momentum through touchpoints with operational managers
TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION IN THE BUSINESS
- Enhance data and technology adoption, collaborating with stakeholders. Support our data team to leverage RFID technology to automate manual processes such as: Establishing data to automatically count and track our production volumes in different departments in real time or improving our parking situation
- Support our Account management team to adapt AI to automatically analyze customer feedback
DATA AND ANALYSIS
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive performance dashboard with relevant KPIs for the entire unit.
- Create analyses and presentations for Senior Management's decision-making.
- Conduct market research to identify industry best practices
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional teams to identify solutions
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
- Support a large-scale Workforce Management Project to optimize the way we schedule our 24/7 operations, improve employee experience and increase data transparency
- A strong sense of ownership and initiative for driving projects independently
- Hard-Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is mandatory
- Interpersonal skills: Effective people management skills for seamless coordination with different stakeholders. Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you
- Analytical skills and mindset: Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective solutions
- Organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information
- The ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
- Communication skills: You are a clear and engaging communicator, have strong written and verbal English, and will use a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Industry expertise: Understanding of the airline catering or food industry is beneficial
