We are seeking a strategic, driven individual to join our team as our Champion of Strategic Lead Generation & Client Success and contribute to our mission of helping clients reach their sales goals.
Job Summary:
As an Outbound Marketing Strategist, you will be the driving force behind client lead generation strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include leading meetings with client stakeholders, advising and choosing the campaign strategy, overseeing implementation with the account manager, and applying your business acumen to ensure client success.
You will step into a well-defined process with dozens of live client accounts and campaigns. You'll apply your business acumen and strategic thinking to tweak and adjust current strategies, as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communications & Meeting Facilitation: Meet with clients and stakeholders to facilitate campaign strategy and gain alignment.
- Outbound Strategy Direction: Owns outbound campaign strategy. Defines outbound best practices. Helps with problem solving.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with a team of copywriters and account managers to implement and execute campaigns.
- Client Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring their marketing goals are met and exceeded.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve our lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing lead generation role.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven success in managing client accounts and directing marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and a driven personality.
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment is recommended.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
