In short, we’re totally focused on growing with purpose.
And it’s no different working in the Talent Acquisition team either. We’re expanding, enhancing our tech stack, testing new ways of doing things and continuously learning as we go. As the Group’s Strategic Recruitment Attraction Lead, you’ll get the chance to do truly meaningful work; shaping how and where we source the external talent we need across the entire organisation.

Where we need to acquire key skills at scale, you’ll also work with the different recruitment teams to build hiring campaigns that’ll help us stand out from the crowd.
Finally, we’re totally focussed on being inclusive by design. So your role will be to understand each of our talent communities and archetype groups then develop strategies that’ll make sure we can attract a diverse range of prospective candidates.
What we'll need from you:
  • You'll have experience of working in recruitment; with expertise in delivering successful attraction strategies.

What we'll give you:
This is a role that’ll offer genuine autonomy and opportunity to deliver on-going enhancements in how we recruit, as an organisation, now and in the future. With so many aspects to the role, you’ll be growing and learning every day; developing new skills, gaining new market insights and solving new business challenges.
Of course, as you’d expect from an organisation like ours, we offer a fantastic total reward package. Beyond the standard competitive base pay, you’ll also get a benefits package that includes:

In addition, we offer hybrid working as standard and are totally open-minded to which of our key location hubs you’ll be based. Equally, we’d welcome applications from individuals who are seeking to work in an agile way (including job share or flexible working patterns).
One other thing to note about the role is the highly talented team you’ll work with. Its an environment that enables everybody to thrive. We value each others perspectives, provide support when needed and genuinely care about one another; meaning you can bring your whole self to work and be at your best.
