Sales/Marketing Assistant
Entry-Level
Duties:
- Assist the sales and marketing team in managing customer accounts and relationships
- Support the business development efforts by researching potential clients and markets
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed
Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
