Strategic Relationship Management:

• Establish and build strong relationships with key global and geographic executive leaders and their teams within the Life Sciences and Health Care (LSHC) Industry
• Engage with the global executive leaders to understand the strategic priorities of the practice to drive understanding of the value proposition of CoRe Knowledge Services as well as to align and deliver knowledge solutions which enable the achievement of LSHC priorities.

Industry/Business Proficiency:

• Build and maintain an understanding of the key go-to-market priorities and initiatives within the LSHC Industry to enable informed conversations with leaders from around the world
• Serve as primary point of contact for LSHC Executive Leadership and their teams with Knowledge Services by serving as the connection point for all CoRe Knowledge Services teams

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Relevant experience with Knowledge Management or related fields
• Ability to develop relationships at multiple levels, especially with senior executives
• Depth of understanding of discipline and value of Knowledge Management and its application within professional services organizations
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity; ability to translate to appropriate action and define solutions. Experience as a change agent in influencing others, especially senior executives.
• Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and/or business-oriented social media tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relevant fields of study may include Business, Management, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process.
