As the Strategic HR Manager you will work as an integral member of the leadership team, contributing and influencing the development of the OneRen strategy from a people perspective. Proactively identifying, planning and meeting the human resource needs of the business in order to make improvements. You will also have the privilege of leading a great HR team! OneRen is going through a period of change therefore experience of dealing with multiple change processes and consultations at the same time, and working with trade unions, is essential.
You need to be self-motivated and able to juggle a number of different priorities, no two days are the same. The post holder will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will have a broad reach across the entire business. The role holder must work across all services and will support and enhance the good work our service areas already have in place.
