REQUIREMENTS
And now for the nitty gritty:
You’ll need to have experience in a strategic HR setting and be able to lead projects on the topics mentioned above.
You’ll need to be engaging, someone who can empower people to make necessary changes and buy into your ethos and you’ll need to be able to prioritise; in such a changeable business, it’s likely you’ll be spinning more than just the one plate to keep challenging the HR norms and push Simplify to continuous improvement!
You will be confident communicating and influencing within a complex stakeholder environment to C-level.
It would also be great if you’re CIPD qualified and registered.
