Your new team
This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities, our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial enthusiastic individual who wants to work for a dynamic company with a great portfolio of Brands. The Key Account Manager role involves responsibility for one of Global Travel Retail’s key global retail customers, identifying business opportunities to grow market share and a strong level of sales data analysis. Building great relationships with customers, networking with colleagues across our business and being able to work autonomously is critical.
Your unique contribution
You will have plenty responsibilities:
  • Identify key opportunities and grow market share/value balancing value over volume with the key retail customers within their remit.
  • Propose, align and agree promotional plan for key locations.
  • Manage new listings, pricing and trade terms negotiation with the support of the team.
  • Work closely with the Customer Marketing team, Finance and Operations teams to ensure key brand strategies are fulfilled.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain department, to forecast customer volumes in line with company expectations.
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data and reports with input.
  • Track major competitor activity and report potential impact on key Pernod Ricard brands.
  • Report and complete monthly analysis in line with business requirements.
  • Manage Brand Ambassador teams and agencies in main locations
  • Manage travel/business costs in line with budgets.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
Your blend of talent
This position could be right for you if you:
  • A Mid-level experience in Sales/Accounts management
  • Previous experience in Travel retail preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, collaborative
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • An additional language is a plus
  • Anaplan, Oracle or SAP is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel in EMEA as required
