Lenus is looking for a Key Account Manager
Looking for an opportunity to pioneer the online health coaching industry in Canada?
Lenus, a European company making huge waves in the US, is excited to bring our innovative approach to the Canadian market. As one of the first Key Account Managers in the country, you will have the unique opportunity to establish some of the first relationships and make a significant impact in the Canadian health coaching market. This role will allow you to work closely with the most prominent health and fitness coaches in the country, utilizing our trailblazing approach to help them scale and grow their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new coaches and manage existing Canadian ones already acquired by Lenus, you will manage approximately 15-25 coaches directly
Develop your coaches' businesses through marketing strategies, sales strategies, and business development
Ensure high quality of services through a high level of project management, participating in meetings, reviewing materials and building strong relations with your coaches
Be a leader in your own role and take ownership of your work
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with sales, account management, and business development
- Preferably a strong network in the fitness/health online coaching sector
Social media marketing experience is a big advantage as social media is the most important channel for the coaches
A co-founding mindset to build businesses with our coaches
The ability to build strong and trusting relationships
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Having French language proficiencies is considered a plus
