BGC are the UK’s leading wholesaler of greeting cards, partyware and giftware. We have a vacancy for a Key Accounts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of the service and maintenance of the ongoing key customer relationship. The role will involve:
· Increasing the sales revenue stream
· Identifying and implementing ways to generate revenue.
· Ensuring BGC Wholesale brand values are maintained by providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
· Arranging sales visits and pro-actively planning workload
· Producing regular reporting on activity, leads, revenue and profit.
What we are looking for:
· Experience in a Key Account Manager role or previous sales representative experience
· Preferable experience in retail or wholesale-based industries.
· Previous experience managing a predominantly independent customer base.
· Data driven approach to inform and influence
· Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach
· Ability to travel nationwide with requirement of being in Manchester office once a week.
