The role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team in the UK. Being responsible for strategic accounts, your mission will be to foster sales growth across key clients. You will be collaborating with trade marketing & marketing teams to support sell-out activities and ensure an outstanding point of sales execution, maximizing the potential of our brands through JBP (joint business plans) with our partners.This position reports to the United Kingdom Commercial Director and is located in our working Space in London (minimum 2 days a week)
What you will do
- Define, negotiate and execute JBP (joint business plans) with the assigned Key Accounts, maximizing joint business potential and aligning it with strategic priorities
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication (remote and on-site eventually)
- Track and report on the status of accounts from a sales, marketing and finance perspective
- Together with Sales Development, suggest company products (existing or new) that maximise client satisfaction
- Category management: portfolio co-definition, communicate product and pricing details clearly
- Working transversally with Sales Development, Finance and Operations to contribute to have an overall commercial vision of the Clients in charge.
- Run effective analysis to ensure data-driven decisions (promotional effectiveness, Customer sell out performance, scenario planning and forecasting)
- Follow up with annual promotional calendar and point of sales activation (in collaboration with Customer Marketing team)
What we are looking for
- +8 years of experience in a similar role or relevant sales role
- BSc degree in business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Experience with CRM and sell out software is highly valued (Salesforce)
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long term relationships
