Store Facilities Lead
We are now looking for a Store Facilities Lead to join Central Operations in our Head Office supporting with the daily operations of our international stores including deployment of services, supporting to maintain and improve facilities, helping to reduce risks and establishing processes.
What you’ll do
This role has a varied remit covering services at work such as ensuring stores have the necessary requisites to action business needs and deployment of uniforms working with relevant suppliers. The successful candidate will help with the upkeep of facilities within our stores by working with stakeholders such as Maintenance and I.T teams. The role will support with identifying risks in key areas such as Food Safety and Risk Assessments through audits and managing actions to minimise risks and identify ways to improve.
It’s an exciting time to be working in the team as we are part of a growing and developing business and you will be supporting to identify more efficient ways of working and simplifying processes to improve colleague engagement and the customer experience. The role will be supporting to set-up new stores and deploy new operational projects to continuously improve the business.
Throughout all this remit the role will cover managing costs with suppliers and supporting with invoicing processes.
With stores across multiple markets with different languages, you will be supporting to engage our colleagues and help bring the International community together through our shared company values.
Reporting to the Head of Central Operations, you will be working together with UK based and Local In-Country Head office teams along with key suppliers to ensure the implementation of the agreed standards of the business.
Who we’re looking for
Ideally, you’ll come from a retail stores background, with an understanding of tasks in stores and an interest in process efficiencies. This is a great opportunity for any one with some supervisory / across store experience in a retail role who is looking for their first move into a central function.
What is essential is to be thorough with attention to detail and a relentlessness to ensuring actions are progressed, excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, suppliers and stores across a international business. You’ll will be confident on Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint with good presentation skills. You will have an interest in exploring new and innovative ways of improving processes.
You’ll be a natural problem solver, who is very organised with a detailed approach that can effectively manage a busy workload across multiple topics and be able to meet tight deadlines within a fast paced environment.
