Old Plean Roofing Ltd is a successful and expanding Roofing, Building and Maintenance Contractor serving the domestic and commercial sector in central Scotland and beyond.
We have an opportunity for an experienced stores person/delivery drive to join our team.
Main Duties
- • Be responsible for receiving, processing and checking all deliveries.
- • Ensure all stock is stored in the correct manner.
- • Carry out regular stock takes.
- • Pick and deliver products.
- • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
- • Complete diary logs into inventory.
- • Report any discrepancies.
- • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
- • May be required to help build /dismantle scaffold on site. Training will be given as required.
Skills and Experience
- • IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office.
- • Forklift / counterbalance licence preferred.
- • Experience working in a similar inventory or stock control role.
- • Excellent organisational skills
- • Ability to lift heavy objects.
- • Ability to work methodically and quickly.
- • Excellent time management skills and exceptional work ethics.
- • Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
- • Full clean UK driving license is essential.
Hours of work Mon to Fri 8am - 4.30pm
