What are we looking for?
Our shops house a wide range of Adnams products including our award-winning beers, wines and handcrafted spirits, as well as homeware and food ranges.
We are looking to recruit a highly effective Store Manager for our Flagship Store & Café in Southwold that is able to lead and develop a high performing team to grow sales and achieve success to meet the needs of future company growth.
We have significant aspirations for the execution of the retail proposition in the store and we are seeking a leader to create an exciting retail destination for our customers in Southwold and the surrounding locations while growing the business in a sustainable manner reflecting Adnams values.
If you have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to influence at all levels and experience of managing and developing a team within a retail operation we will provide you with the support to achieve success.
You will be knowledgeable and friendly with a passion for our products ready to deliver the shopping experience our customers come back for time and time again.
You will be required to work weekends, be flexible and hold a full UK driving licence.
