Are you an experienced manager in the Luxury Watch and Jewellery industry, looking for the next step in your career?
IRD Consultancy is excited to be partnering with a prestigious retailer in Colchester, who are currently looking for a Store Manager. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, business is rapidly expanding and now is an exciting time to join!
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, negotiable
Hours: Full time, 5 days per week working fexibly Monday to Saturday. Store opening hours 09:30 - 17:30.
The successful candidate will work with prestigious brands Rolex, Tudor, Omega, Chopard, Gucci, Montblanc and Swarovski. The purpose of the role will be to lead all store operations, develop the team and drive the business and success of this exciting store.
While personality and cultural fit are important to our client, ideal candidates will be able to showcase some or all of the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in the luxury industry essental.
- Experience working with Rolex ideal, but not essential.
- Detail oriented and able to confidently oversee stock and client administration.
- Strong networking skills, able to engage with local community and businesses.
- Able to lead by example and engage the team.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- A people-person and able to converse with clients from all backgrounds, in particular the local community.
